President's Message

It is with great pleasure that I get to extend an invitation to my colleagues, state and federal agencies, and industry liaisons to the 69^th annual meeting of the Association of Southern Feed, Fertilizer, and Pesticide Control Officials (ASFFPCO).  The objective of the Association is to facilitate education and outreach programs regarding feed, fertilizer and pesticide issues, being of interest to the regulatory control officials and industry representatives, and to promote uniformity in legislation definitions, standards, and rules and regulations governing the enforcement of law relating to the manufacture, sale distribution, and use of feed, fertilizer, and pesticides within the member states.

Members of the Arkansas State Plant Board are working hard to create an atmosphere that will make for a great meeting and facilitate time to interact with your state counterparts and industry representatives.  Please mark your calendar and save the dates of June 12-15 for this year’s meeting which will be held at The Doubletree Hotel in Little Rock, Arkansas.  Please visit the ASFFPCO website regularly for updates and program information.
